By opening an account with Sports Fantech Ltd., a player thereby gives their consent to have their data used for purposes of internal marketing and promotions, storage and processing of laws governing local and national jurisdictions which hold power over enforcing anti-money laundering laws.

SFT requires all employees to be in compliance with our privacy policy. Our privacy policy requires that employees keep all Player information confidential. This is contractually binding for employees including after an employee has terminated their relationship with Sports Fantech Ltd..
